thats because of the pain on my left shoulder that left me unable to sleep last night...
i was frustrated... veRY...
well today i have no lessons...
followed ziella and bryan to see the doctor...
den we ate at pizza hut's after that...
we juz love cheese... LOL ... LOL... especially zieLLa... WE gave her the LOTs of cheese...
den we went library to do our stuffs..

i should quit smoking soon...
nw should be the time , i smoked lesser nowadays...
the LCD tv at the poly clinic showed the negatives effects of smoking... omg never ending one... LOL.... impotency... breast cancer.... miscarriages etc etc... =D scared a nt...
