today i woke up and went down to have mac breakfast with randall..
den slack a while...

and printed...
den i decided to take out the dumbbells and do some weights...

OH YEA....
after that i decided to juice some fruits...
oranges plus apples...
nt bad sia... haha...
it tastes all orange but the apples makes it less sour...
haha...

den evening i played winning eleven with joel tan...

oH yea and went to find leng to chill... he's booking in tomorrow morning...
